The Network of African National Human Rights Institutions and the National Human Rights Commission of the Gambia will host the 5th NHRIs Forum on October 19-20, 2020 in Banjul ahead of the 73rd Ordinary Session of the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights. The Forum will be on Trade and human rights in the Africa Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Agreement: inclusive implementation of the AFCFTA with participation of vulnerable populations. The meeting will culminate in adoption of a Resolution that will be shared with the ACHPR for consideration.
