NANHRI and other partners lead the 15 ECOWAS NHRIs and other national actors dialogue for development of a National Action Plan (NAP) on implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights on June 16-17, 2022. The NHRIs of Senegal and Liberia presented their roadmap for the development of the NAPs. Only Uganda and Kenya in Africa have developed and adopted a NAP while Ghana inaugurated a Steering Committee to lead in the development of the NAP. Photo: OHCHR.
