Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Mr Ziyambi Ziyambi (right) opens the 13^th NANHRI Biennial Conference on the role of NHRIs in sustainable recovery during and beyond Covid-19 on November 3, 2021 in Harare, Zimbabwe. The Minister challenged the African NHRIs to support States in development of recovery strategies, but also implementation.
